Born out of Ithmah Coffee, Louisville Coffee Roasters carries the same conviction that great coffee should be both excellent and meaningful.
Every batch is roasted with integrity in our Louisville, KY roastery — honoring the craft, the farmer, and the people we serve. Our name, Ithmah, means purity and orphan; it reminds us that our work is about more than coffee. Through each cup, we aim to support foster and orphan care efforts both locally and abroad, while sharing the joy of fresh, honest coffee with our Louisville community.

I ordered a 5lb bag of Huehuetenango Guatemala from this local roaster on a Tuesday night, it was roasted Wednesday and I received it via UPS on Thursday. I just brewed my first pot in my Moccamaster drip machine and it's so delicious! Very fast roasting and shipping. I will definitely be ordering again!
Donovan was beyond helpful when I needed some great coffee selections last minute for a gift. He personally delivered them to make sure I received it on time. Coffee was so good that we have decided to begin purchasing it for our office use. Being able to work directly with a local roaster to create our own blends is amazing!
